• Purified Single band PCR product of size less than 1.0 KB
• Reverse and Forward Primer
• Gel Picture

Procedure

• Quality and quantity check of RNA by gel electrophoresis for purity.
• Gene specific primer design and synthesis.
• First strand of DNA synthesized with gene specific primer..
• Purification of amplified DNA using Exo SAP reaction.
• DNA sequencing by using 8 capillary high through put sequencer; ABI 3500 to generate   sequence with accurate base calling.
• Data will assemble using RNAseq software.

Data sending

• DNA sequencing data will be send to customer through email in PDF format and doc/docx   format.
